1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to fulfil orders to international destinations at this time.

2. Delivery Address

Your order will be dispatched to the address you provide at checkout. Please take a moment to double-check that all details are accurate and complete before placing your order. Errors or missing information may result in delays or the package being returned to us.

3. Order Processing

We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will begin processing on the next available working day.

4. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and handed over to our logistics partner, delivery to a U.S. address typically takes 5 to 9 business days (Monday through Friday).

Please keep in mind that shipping times can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Periods of high seasonal demand
  • Carrier capacity and logistics conditions
  • Customs or import procedures
  • Public holidays
  • Elevated order volumes during promotional periods

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

When you factor in both processing and shipping, here's what to expect:

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping time: 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated total: approximately 6 to 12 business days from the date your order is placed.

Order cut off time: 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)

These are estimates, not guarantees. While we do everything we can to meet these windows, external factors may occasionally cause variations. Our team keeps a close eye on all active shipments.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping is completely free on all orders. No handling fees, no surprises at checkout.

7. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking link.

Please note that tracking information may take 3 to 8 business days to update after your package has left our warehouse. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

If a delivery attempt fails due to an address that is incomplete or inaccurate, the package may be returned to us. In that case, we will reach out to you directly to confirm the correct details and arrange redelivery or find the best available solution.

To avoid any inconvenience, please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

9. Delivery Confirmation

Once a carrier marks your order as delivered, the delivery is considered complete. If you're unable to locate your package after it has been marked as delivered, please contact us right away — we'll work with the shipping provider on your behalf to investigate and resolve the situation.
